hi there
i am with silverpen on this issue, i run xp, full cc3 install with patch, tried to install real red mod the big version with config mgr 5.1. got new weapons, new sounds but no maps/battles. i have tried copying the map files everywhere and the config mgr never sees them nor does cc3. i love this game. since 98, but should i upgrade to ccV to use all the new mods etc. especially juno mod. jman

i downloaded the real red mod rrxv2.zip file and extracted it etc. downloaded mod manager version config5.1 and installed the real red mod. i have got new equipment "great" new sounds "fantastic" but no maps or battles. i see many files in the real red mod sub directories with good sounding battle names but none of them are installed in my game. do i have to copy the maps or battles manually? thanks for your help. jman

In August of 2004, Zappi, Homba, Bambam887, RedScorpion and MOOXE all pitched
in to create this Close Combat site. I would to thank all the people who have visited and
found this site to thier liking. I hope you had time to check out some of the great Close Combat
mods and our forums. I'd also like to thank all the members of our volunteer staff that have
helped over the years, and all our users that contributed to this site!
